(1) COMPLIANCE PERIOD.—The term definition

(1) COMPLIANCE PERIOD.—The term  compliance period’ means the 3-year period starting on the program effective date and each 3-year period thereafter until 2050.

Related to (1) COMPLIANCE PERIOD.—The term

  • Initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period which begins at least 18 months after promulgation, except for the following contaminants: Dichloromethane; 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene; 1,1,2- Trichloroethane; Benzo[a]pyrene; Dalapon; Di(2-ethylhexyl adipate; Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate; Dinoseb; Diquat; Endothall; Endrin; Glyphosate; Hexachlorobenzene; Hexachlorocyclopentadiene; Oxamyl (Vydate); Picloram; Simazine; 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin); Antimony; Beryllium; Cyanide; Nickel; and Thallium, initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period after promulgation for systems with 150 or more service connections (January 1993 -December 1995) and first full three-year compliance period after the effective date of regulation (January 1996 - December 1998) for systems having fewer than 150 service connections.

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Note, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (a) the day on which such Note is first offered to persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S, notice of which day shall be promptly given by the Company to the Trustee, and (b) the date of issuance with respect to such Note or any predecessor of such Note.

  • Compliance cycle means the nine-year calendar year cycle during which public water systems shall monitor. Each compliance cycle consists of three three-year compliance periods. The first calendar year cycle began January 1, 1993 and ends December 31, 2001; the second begins January 1, 2002 and ends December 31, 2010; the third begins

  • Compliance year means the calendar year beginning with June 1 and ending with May 31 of the following year, for which a Retail Electricity Supplier must demonstrate that it has met the requirements of this Regulation.

  • Compliance Period means a period of time that the Development shall conform to all set-aside requirements as described further in the rule chapter and agreed to by the Applicant in the Application.

  • Grace Period Extension Date means, if:

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Covenant Compliance Event means that Excess Availability at any time is less than the greater of (a) ten (10%) percent of the Line Cap or (b) $7,000,000. For purposes hereof, the occurrence of a Covenant Compliance Event shall be deemed continuing until Excess Availability has exceeded the amounts set forth above for thirty (30) consecutive days, in which case a Covenant Compliance Event shall no longer be deemed to be continuing for purposes of this Agreement. The termination of a Covenant Compliance Event as provided herein shall in no way limit, waive or delay the occurrence of a subsequent Covenant Compliance Event in the event that the conditions set forth in this definition again arise.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.5(d)(i);

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal quarter of Borrower most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrower is required to deliver to Administrative Agent quarterly or annual financial statements pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (i) 10% of the Borrowing Limit, and (ii) $15,000,000 for 60 consecutive calendar days.

  • Second Extension Period means the period commencing on the day following the First Extended Scheduled Maturity Date and ending on the Second Extended Scheduled Maturity Date.

  • Quarterly Commencement Date means the 1st day of each of April, July, October and January in each year.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Period End Date The 15th day of each calendar month, with Adjustment. Fixed Rate: [ ]%. Fixed Rate Day Count Fraction: 30/360. Floating Amounts: Floating Rate Payer: [ ]. Floating Rate Payer Payment Dates: The 15th day of each calendar month commencing on [ ], subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.

  • Threshold Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
