Common use of Scope Clause in Contracts

Scope. 3.1. The Contract, including but not limited to these GTC, the Confirmation of Application, Declarations of the Application and the Regulations of the ‘Relaxrekening’, govern the relations between CKV and the Client with respect to the Term Deposit(s) accepted concurrently by CKV after application by the Client via the Savedo Internet Platform. 3.2. CKV has the right to expand or limit the scope of the Products, of which it will provide advance information to the Clients. 3.3. CKV has the right to change the terms and conditions for receiving and executing the Clients’ Orders based on changes in legislation, for security reasons, due to improvements in the Internet Platform or other business reasons. CKV shall inform the Clients of such changes pursuant to these GTC. 3.4. These GTC, the concluded Contract and the Orders of the Client for disposal of the Term Deposit, shall bind CKV and the Client until termination of the Contract or until final settlement of the relations between them. 3.5. These GTC shall apply to Clients whose Term Deposits at CKV were opened via the Internet Platform. 3.6. The Client’s submission of the Application certifies that he has read the provisions of these GTC, the Declarations of the Application and the Regulations of the ‘Relaxrekening’ in full, understands them, agrees to all and undertakes to comply with the same.
