In cases of hire or purchase the additional conditions in sections II and III shall also apply. Orders Placed by the customer are binding and irrevocable. Expoxx Messebau shall be entitled to accept this order within 30 days by way of provision/completion, or the sending of written confirmation, or by issuing an invoice for part payment according to point 13. If the customer has placed an order for goods/services for a specific trade fair and the order has not been officially confirmed by Expoxx Messebau by 1 week before the beginning of the event, the customer shall be obliged to inform Expoxx Messebau of this fact immediately. There shall be no obligation on the part of Expoxx Messebau to accept an order placed by a customer. Quotes or offers provided by Expoxx Messebau shall be non-binding.

Swiss Budget Hotels only acts as intermediary and cannot be made responsible for information provided by the hotel members or for any services provided. These general terms and conditions of use apply to all hotel reservations made through Internet (including all distribution channels) and the Call Center of Swiss Budget Hotels Sarl. The present general conditions and the general conditions of the cancellation protection of Swiss Budget Hotels Sarl are binding for all reservations. All information concerning the "member hotels" has been carefully assembled by Swiss Budget Hotels. However, no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy and completeness of such information. Swiss Budget Hotels Sarl does not assume responsibility for any service as such, it acts solely as an intermediary between the guest/client and any affiliated hotel or other service provider. The accommodation contract is thus concluded directly between the guest/client and the service provider and not between Swiss Budget Hotels Sarl (including all distribution channels) and the guest/client. Reservations are only possible when guaranteed by a credit card. The cost of the services reserved will not be charged to the credit card. The payment for the hotel services has to be paid 100% directly at the hotel. To ensure a secure handling of credit card information Swiss Budget Hotels uses the SSL technology.
