Exclusion Musterklauseln
Exclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply to sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if such products were unsealed after delivery. In addition to the statutory withdrawal right as set out above, Nu Skin grants the Customer a period of three (3) months after the purchase date to withdraw from the contract, without having to indicate any reason. If the right to withdraw is exercised by the Customer more than fourteen (14) days after the product is delivered, Nu Skin will only reimburse the product price without the initial delivery costs.
Exclusion. (1) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles VOCO GmbH to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant makes false statements or if used photos or other contents (e.g. comments) violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that may be considered glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, derogatory or otherwise contrary to social decency.
(2) If the excluded participant is an already drawn winner, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn.
Exclusion. In order to give all students a fair chance of participating in PLUSPUNKT courses, participants with non-regular attendance in a PLUSPUNKT course may be excluded from attending all PLUSPUNKT courses for a term of six months.
Exclusion. Le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas aux produits scellés ne pouvant être renvoyés pour des raisons de protection de la santé ou d’hygiène, si lesdits produits ont été descellés après la livraison. Outre le droit de rétractation légal énoncé plus haut, Nu Skin octroie au Client un délai de trois (3) mois à compter de la date d'achat pour se rétracter du contrat, sans avoir à indiquer de raison quelconque. Si le droit de rétractation est exercé par le Client après le délai de quatorze (14) jours suivant la livraison du produit, Nu Skin remboursera uniquement le prix du produit sans les frais de livraison initiaux.
Exclusion. Unless otherwise regulated above, liability is excluded.
