Limitations. Although successfully addressing the research question, the results of this study may have been influenced by several methodological limitations. First, there was a substantial difference in the number of community pharmacy employees (81.4%) compared to hospital pharmacy em- ployees (17.2%) who responded to the survey, as demonstrated in table 1. This imbalance may have influenced the overall satisfaction results and skewed the comparison of job satisfaction between the two professions towards the perspectives of community pharmacy staff. Addition- ally, the smaller percentage of respondents from hospital pharmacy settings could have con- tributed to lower variation in their responses, as reflected by a consistently lower standard de- viations (SD) compared to those from community pharmacies, as demonstrated in table 4. Additionally, relative to the gender distribution in Denmark, the study population had a dispro- portionately larger fraction of women (88.6%) compared to men (11.2%), which limited the generalizability of the results. This could be a limitation since no significant differences in job satisfaction between genders were found, potentially masking any true differences that might exist in a more balanced sample. Furthermore, as described in the methods section, the pilot testing was slightly insufficient, as only the first two questions added to the demographic section were piloted, while the remaining four questions added later, were not individually pilot tested. These were questions regarding profession title, type of employment, amount of weekly working hours, and for hospital em- ployees, whether their daily work included patient specific clinical pharmacy tasks. Rather than pilot testing the four questions individually, they were included in the pilot testing of the full questionnaire. This was a limitation as the added questions were not separately confirmed for clarity and relevance before being distributed to the respondents. Lastly, job satisfaction is essentially subjective and can fluctuate frequently based on individ- uals' emotions and feelings (58). This was a limitation to the study as job satisfaction of the respondents could have been influenced by temporary moods or recent experiences rather than stable, long-term factors (58). This study relied on a cross-sectional survey, which was inade- quate for capturing changes in job satisfaction over time.   • Undervisning Operatøren skal forestå afholdelsen af et asylansøgerkursus for nyindrejste asylan- søgere over 17 år. Nærværende bilag beskriver asylansøgerkursets modul 1-8, mens tillægskontrakten vedr. asylaftalen beskriver undervisning vedr. arbejdsmar- kedsforhold m.v. Undervisningen skal foregå på et for asylansøgeren forståeligt sprog og suppleres med skriftligt materiale på et antal sprog, afhængigt af sprogsammensætningen på modtagecentret. Undervisningen skal give asylansøgeren et helt indledende kendskab til dansk sprog og danske kultur- og samfundsforhold. Asylansøgerkurset skal som mini- mum indeholde følgende elementer: • Orientering om de danske asylregler – herunder om faserne i asylsagsbe- handlingen og indkvarteringssystemet. • Orientering om pligter og rettigheder i asylsystemet, herunder afviste asyl- ansøgeres pligt til at udrejse. • Orientering om den aktuelle tilladelsesprocent for asylansøgere. • Undervisning i dansk sprog og kultur med henblik på at kunne håndtere de mest dagligdagssituationer og praktiske anvisninger. Kursets varighed forudsættes at være 30 timer pr. person, og kurset må have en udstrækning på maksimalt 3 uger. Kurset skal tilbydes hurtigst muligt og senest to uger efter asylansøgerens an- komst til et modtagecenter. Såfremt asylansøgeren flytter fra modtagecentret, inden kurset er afsluttet, skal kurset færdiggøres på det nye center. Kurset skal hér påbegyndes hurtigst muligt og senest en uge efter asylansøgerens ankomst til centret. Asylansøgerkurset tilrettelægges i 8 moduler, hvor Udlændingestyrelsen forestår undervisningen i modul 1-2, og operatøren forestår undervisningen i modul 3-8. • Modul 1 omhandler information om de danske asylregler. Undervisningen udgør 4 undervisningstimer. • Modul 2 omhandler information om indkvarteringssystemet. Undervisnin- gen udgør 2 undervisningsstimer. • Modul 3-5 omhandler indledende kurser i dansk sprog. Undervisningen i hvert modul udgør 4 undervisningstimer. • Modul 6-8 omhandler indledende kurser i dansk samfund og kultur. Un- dervisningen i hvert modul udgør 4 undervisningstimer. For så vidt angår de nærmere krav til kursets indhold henvises til §§ 33 og 37 i Bekendtgørelse om undervisning og aktivering m.v. af asylansøgere m.fl. Operatøren skal via IBS videregive oplysninger om asylansøgerens status for så vidt angår påbegyndte/gennemførte moduler af asylansøgerkurset.

  • Underskrift Nærværende kontrakt underskrives i to eksemplarer, hvoraf hver part modtager et eksemplar.

  • Ophævelse af Aftalen Elleverandøren kan ikke hæve Aftalen om levering af elektricitet til Kunden eller foranstalte afbrydelse af elforsyningen på grund af manglende betaling for allerede afholdt forbrug. Elleverandøren kan varsle ophævelse af Aftalen om levering af elektricitet til Kunden, såfremt Elleverandøren har stillet krav om sikkerhedsstillelse efter punkt 6, og sikkerheden ikke er stillet inden for en af Elleverandøren fastsat frist. Leveringsaftalen kan ikke hæves, såfremt der er indgået en anden aftale om sikring af den fremtidige betaling. Kunden kan ikke kræve levering fra Elleverandøren, hvis Elleverandøren berettiget har hævet Aftalen med Kunden, før Kunden har betalt det beløb, som Kunden skylder for levering af elektricitet.
