Helpdesk v re\u017eimu 1 dle \u010dl\u00e1nku 10.1.1 zahrnuje mimo jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjem a evidenci po\u017eadavk\u016f, ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o pot\u0159eb\u011b sou\u010dinnosti Objednatele a dal\u0161\u00edch zpr\u00e1v, potvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich p\u0159ijet\u00ed, p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f odpov\u011bdn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu, pr\u016fb\u011bhu a procesu prac\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch zpr\u00e1v, informov\u00e1n\u00ed o stavu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ehled\u016f a statistik, a to p\u0159es p\u0159ehledn\u00e9 webov\u00e9 rozhran\u00ed. Helpdesk mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zabezpe\u010den tak, aby odpov\u00eddal po\u017eadavk\u016fm vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch ze ZKB a Intern\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f. V\u00fdstupem ze Helpdesku je z\u00e1znam o ve\u0161ker\u00fdch \u00fakonech Helpdesku ve form\u011b p\u0159ehledn\u00e9ho logu, je\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1znam\u016f tak, aby byly napln\u011bny po\u017eadavky ZKB a Intern\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f na takov\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy.\n10.1.3. Syst\u00e9m servisn\u00ed podpory mus\u00ed objednateli poskytovat p\u0159ehled o aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch po\u017eadavc\u00edch, jejich stavu a aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobu a term\u00ednu jejich \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m servisn\u00ed podpory mus\u00ed poskytovat objednateli p\u0159\u00edstup i k datab\u00e1zi uzav\u0159en\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f a zp\u016fsobu jejich \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fd bude poskytovat podrobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje o historii po\u017eadavk\u016f od jejich nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, po jejich vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m servisn\u00ed podpory mus\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148ovat export dat, v\u010detn\u011b obsahu po\u017eadavku a zp\u016fsobu vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Tato funkcionalita bude poskytovatelem poskytov\u00e1na bez\u00faplatn\u011b minim\u00e1ln\u011b na vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed objednatele ve form\u00e1tu minim\u00e1ln\u011b *.xls a *.csv. Pokud uv\u00e1d\u00ed technick\u00e1 specifikace odli\u0161n\u00e9 lh\u016fty pro jednotliv\u00e9 druhy dod\u00e1van\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed, uplatn\u00ed se v\u017edy re\u017eim p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Objednatel m\u016f\u017ee po vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 dohod\u011b umo\u017enit poskytovateli zabezpe\u010den\u00fd vzd\u00e1len\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup do sv\u00e9 datov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b za \u00fa\u010delem pln\u011bn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti t\u00e9to smlouvy. Objednatel si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo po p\u0159edchoz\u00edm upozorn\u011bn\u00ed tento p\u0159\u00edstup poskytovateli ukon\u010dit. K tomu \u00fa\u010delu dod\u00e1 objednatel poskytovateli jmenn\u00fd seznam vzd\u00e1len\u011b p\u0159istupuj\u00edc\u00edch osob, kde bude uvedeno: jm\u00e9no, p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed, emailov\u00e1 adresa, mobiln\u00ed telefonn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo. Seznam opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch osob objednatele pro p\u0159\u00edstup do syst\u00e9mu HelpDesk a opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch osob poskytovatele pro vzd\u00e1len\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup je uveden n\u00ed\u017ee. Dojde-li v pr\u016fb\u011bhu pln\u011bn\u00ed smlouvy ke zm\u011bn\u011b opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch osob u jedn\u00e9 ze smluvn\u00edch stran, bude o t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti neprodlen\u011b informovat protistranu pr\u016fkazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem (email, datov\u00e1 schr\u00e1nka, apod.) O t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti nen\u00ed t\u0159eba sjedn\u00e1vat dodatek ke smlouv\u011b.
