Common use of Compliance Clause in Contracts

The Insured shall comply with all applicable international and government regulations and civil instructions. ti To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages for Bodily Injury or Property Damage caused by an Occurrence and arising out of the hazards set forth in Coverages A and В below.
