(“DP Electronic”) and the CDA entered into that certain Loan Agreement dated April 1, 2013 (the “Loan Agreement”). In addition, DP executed and delivered a Promissory Note (“Note”) from DP payable to the order of the CDA in the principal sum of $34,600.00, together with interest. DP’s obligations to the CDA under the Loan Agreement and Note are secured by a General Business Security Agreement dated April 1, 2013 (“GBSA”). Moreover, in order to induce the CDA to extend credit to DP Electronic, Dale J. Helgeson and Peggy S. Helgeson duly executed and delivered a Personal Guarantee dated April 1, 2013 (the “Personal Guarantee”).
