Under this Program-to-Program Agreement, both partners agree that the academic course blocks outlined in the Transfer Guide included with this Agreement, are comparable/equivalent and aligned with state requirements and national professional competencies as described in the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Standards.
