This programme will link the work being undertaken as part of the Innovation Learning Hub and the Ruapehu Learning Steps to place participants into work. The Recipient will engage and expanded from only Southern Ruapehu to the full district with the inclusion of Taumarunui, where it has been indicated that there are no MSD initiatives (barring the main services) available for job seekers. MSD services currently only extend to those receiving a benefit which is 15% of the total working age population in the region.
