JOY RUN 2024 Waiver & Release of Claims, Assumption of RiskWaiver & Release of Claims • July 19th, 2024
Joy Meadows, Inc. (“Released Party”) is a non-commercial, not for profit organization that provides opportunities for volunteer work and recreational, educational activities and other activities on and off of its premises. The purpose of this agreement is to exempt, waive and relieve the Released Parties from any and all liability for wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage, including, but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of Released Parties. “Released Parties” include Joy Meadows, Inc. and their representatives, administrators, directors, agents, service providers, employees, and volunteers; other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and advertisers; and, if applicable, the owners, operators, and lessors of premises on which the activities or events take place.
