This agreement releases Finslap Pty. Ltd., operating as “Foto Frenzy” and www.fotofrenzy.com.au, and/or their agents from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during your tour/ workshop/ event (the “event”). By signing this agreement, you agree to hold Foto Frenzy entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
