On 27 June 2010, the State, the Provinces, (Interprovincial Consultations: ‘IPO’), the Municipalities (Association of Netherlands Municipalities: ‘VNG’), investors (Association of Institutional Property Investors in the Netherlands: ‘IVBN’, and Property Interests: ‘Vastgoed Belang’), developers (The Netherlands Association of Property Developers and Investors: ‘NEPROM’), users (‘CoreNet’ and Facility Management the Netherlands: ‘FMN’), and real estate financiers (the Netherlands Bankers’ Association: ‘NVB’) have signed the ‘voluntary agreement (convenant) on vacant offices’.
