The following shall constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) effective from the date (“Acceptance Date”) on which you submitted the Content (as defined below) and thereby accepted the Terms of this Agreement. These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Musical Freedom Label, Ltd, 20 Stasikratous Street, Cramvis Building, Office 101, P.O. Box 21203, 1504 Nicosia, Cyprus its successors, affiliates, licensees and assigns (“Label”, “us” or “we”) and you (“Contributor” or “you”) in relation to the grant of rights being provided by you in relation to the Content.
