This Use and Permit Agreement for Peer-to-Peer Vehicle Sharing Concession (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of May, 2021 by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida (“Authority”), and TURO INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Company”) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Party” or “Parties”).
