TIL has been informed that CITIC Capital China Partners III LP (CITIC Capital) and The Business Bakery LP (TBB) have entered into an agreement under which TBB has agreed to pay a certain amount of transactional costs in connection with the proposed Scheme of Arrangement in relation to TIL.
