Williams International Co., LLC (“Williams”) provides comprehensive engine maintenance coverage called the Total Assurance Program. This contract defines the benefits and the obligations of Williams and the Owner of the Engine(s) under this Total Assurance Program Agreement (hereinafter will be referred to as “Agreement”) and is made on authority of the signatures appearing between the parties named below, as of the date specified.
