The DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES (“System Agency” or “DSHS”) and City of Austin (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to that certain Tobacco Prevention and Control Program agreement, effective September 20, 2020 and denominated DSHS Contract No. HHS000930400001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract further.
