This Second Amended and Restated Terminalling Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective October 1, 2017 by and between MARTIN OPERATING PARTNERSHIP L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Operator”), and MARTIN ENERGY SERVICES LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“Customer”), sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
