This agreement for Temporary Pastoral Coverage is for the period beginning and ending . It is renewable after that date on a month-to-month basis, with the concurrence of the Committee on Ministers and Congregations of the Presbytery of New Castle. This position will provide pastoral coverage only until such time as an interim or called pastor is available for service. It is agreed and understood by the Session and the Pastor that because this is a time-limited position it will not include any ministry expectations normally undertaken by an interim/transitional pastor. The Session and pastor commit to communicating this to church staff and membership.
