A security deposit, based upon a 2” meter size, is due at the time of the Installation Agreement request. Upon installation of the meter and assembly, I understand that a bill will be generated for the monthly Bill Charge plus usage. Removal of the meter and assembly, any monies due will be deducted from the deposit and I will receive a refund or a bill for remaining consumption.
