According to the Agreement, to render the Services of daily technological control over the performance of the Work, the Supervising Contractor, upon a prior approval by the Customer, shall undertake to assign three representatives (two supervisors-technologists and one HSE supervisor) (hereinafter “Supervisors”) to the Area of Operations or any other area related to the Work.
