Schedule D: Technical Account Manager ServicesTechnical Account Manager Services • April 4th, 2025
The terms of this Schedule apply to the Technical Account Manager Services, as defined herein, provided by Genesys to Customer and form a part of the Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”), unless the parties otherwise agreed to Professional Services terms in another master agreement with Genesys, such as the Genesys Cloud Terms and Conditions, (the “Agreement”), in which case this Schedule will form a part of that Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the PSA or the Agreement, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the PSA or the Agreement and the terms of this Schedule, the terms of this Schedule shall apply for the purposes of the subject matter set forth herein.
