Who May Go Symphonic Band students who are academically eligible, in good standing within the band program and Harpool Middle School. You must also meet the financial and musical obligations for the trip. These obligations include all performances, master classes, rehearsals, and sectionals. Students should also have zero disciplinary actions in the band programs. Parents of band students may go as chaperones as needed and approved. Parents interested in being a chaperone should see the additional Chaperone Contract.

I/we hereby agree to allow my/our son/daughter to participate in the Jefferson City High School Freshman, Concert and Symphonic Orchestra trip to Washington, D.C., March 23-27, 2018. I/we also agree that my/our son/daughter is to conduct him/herself in a responsible and reasonable manner and will adhere to all rules stated by Simonsen Ninth Grade Center/Jefferson City High School, motorcoach bus company, Educational Tours, Inc. and their hotel. (Student Handbook policies apply to all student activities.)
