This Student Health Clinic Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered as of October 16, 2018 by and between St. John’s Well Child and Family Center (“St. John”) a non-profit corporation, and Compton Community College District, (“District”) a California community college district, (collectively, “the Parties”).
