This document is to make known that all guests (‘participants’, ‘athletes’, ‘players’) are participating voluntarily in SA Empire events. If a tournament specifies, “Stay to Play”, it means the tournament host requires teams to stay in pre-blocked hotels through their housing company. All participants and guests are required to book rooms per night through the designated housing company in order to be accepted into the tournament. These bookings will need to be completed in a timely manner. If a participant or guest did not book through the designated housing company, they will not be allowed to participate in the corresponding tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS. A waiver can only be granted by the Club Director.
