This Standard Agreement for Service (“Agreement”) is made effective on (“Effective Date”), by and between Credit Infonet, Inc. d/b/a CIN Legal Data Services, an Iowa corporation wholly owned by Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Stretto (“CIN LEGAL,” “Party”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and (“you”, “Party”, and “your”), and contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of CIN LEGAL’s Due Diligence and Consumer Credit Products (“the Products”).
