This SITE HOST AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a Eversource Energy, a Massachusetts corporation and electric company, with an address at 247 Station Drive, Westwood, Massachusetts 02090 (“Company”) and Town of Winchester, a municipality, with an address at 71 Mount Vernon Street, Winchester Massachusetts (“Site Host”). The Company and Site Host are each referred to herein sometimes as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
