The application attached (the "Application") and these terms and conditions constitute a contract for the establishment of a Worldsource Financial Management Inc. Self-Directed Family Education Savings Plan (the "Plan") between Worldsource Financial Management Inc. (the "Promoter") and the Subscriber(s) named in the Application as of the date of the Application (the "Contract") under which the Promoter will pay educational assistance payments to further the beneficiary's post-secondary education. The parties agree as follows:
