□ I shall be responsible for any accidents, including a fatal accident, residual difficulty, injury, property damage and personal injury that may happen while operating a Segway PT. I shall not ask the host, the operator, the exhibitor, or the employee of Segway Japan, Ltd. to take any responsibilities for those accidents.
