A seasonal camper may occupy the site from May 1st to the last Saturday of October, weather and conditions permitting. But must maintain a permanent residence elsewhere off OFC property. Use of park outside these dates is not permitted unless special permission is granted from management.

This Agreement made and entered into by and between Oro Family Campground, hereinafter referred to as “OFC”and jointly and severally, hereinafter referred to as “SeasonalCamper,” agrees to the following:

A non – refundable deposit of $300.00paid by September 15th 2017 secures campsite for the next season and includes winter storage of your trailer on your site. Balance of site fee is payable on or before the first weekend in May 2018 and is NON-REFUNDABLE if you leave before the end of the season.
