This contract was located in an existing business park in Alloa. Working for main contractor BHC Ltd, our scope included construction of high tolerance earthworks and soil stabilisation to provide piling platforms and access routes for the three new warehouses. We also processed and recycled 3,000m3 of concrete floor slabs from two existing warehouses and installed the new SUDS drainage system.
