This agreement is for exhibitors/tour groups or third parties representing exhibitors/tour groups to obtain a sub-block of sleeping rooms from the official American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (A.S.P.E.N.) Clinical Nutrition Week 2015 (CNW15) hotels. This agreement will enable the hotel, as selected below, to reserve a block of rooms for the Exhibitor or Group to use during the dates of the CNW15 conference. After A.S.P.E.N. approves your requested room block, the hotel will submit a formal agreement directly to you for signature. Your arrangements at the hotel will not be considered definite until the agreement is signed with the hotel. A.S.P.E.N. assumes no liability, financial or otherwise, for your company’s contracted sub-block. Upon signing the hotel contract, both you and the hotel will have entered into a binding agreement. The hotel is committed to provide and you are committed to use and pay for all of the accommodations agreed to. Full payment of sub-block r
