Please accept this Retirement and Transition Agreement (this "Agreement") as confirmation of our understanding regarding your retirement from Kaman Corporation and its related subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively, the "Company"), effective January 2, 2018. Our mutual agreement and understanding is as set forth herein. All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in your Executive Employment Agreement with an effective date as of July 7, 2008, as amended and restated (the "Employment Agreement"). The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date that you execute this Agreement below ("Effective Date").

EMC Insurance Group, Inc. – Retirement and Transition Agreement (August 30th, 2017)

NOW ON the date of execution by both parties as shown below, the employee, Kevin J. Hovick (hereinafter "Mr. Hovick"), and Employers Mutual Casualty Company, and any and all of its other affiliated or related businesses or entities which are collectively known as EMC Insurance Companies, any past and current members of the boards of directors of any such businesses or entities including, their past and current officers and officials, employees, agents and representatives, as well as their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company"), do now covenant and agree to this Retirement and Transition Agreement (the "Agreement") according to the following terms:

Retirement and Transition Agreement (September 30th, 2016)

THIS RETIREMENT AND TRANSITION AGREEMENT (this Agreement), dated as of September 29, 2016, by and between National Retail Properties, Inc., with its principal place of business at 450 South Orange Avenue, Suite 900, Orlando, Florida 32801 (the Company), and Craig Macnab, residing at the address set forth on the signature page hereof (Executive).

Plexus Corp. Retirement and Transition Agreement (August 19th, 2016)

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of the 17th day of August, 2016 by and between Plexus Corp., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Company"), and Dean A. Foate, a Wisconsin resident individual ("Foate").

American Equity Investment Life Holding Company – Retirement and Transition Agreement (August 9th, 2016)
