Luther Strings Co. (“LS”) agrees to provide (the “Customer”) with the instrument (and bow if applicable; the “Instrument”, the “Bow”) outlined in this contract, on a month-to-month basis, effective the date this contract is signed by LS and Customer, and concluding once the Customer has paid the full retail value of the Instrument, or returns the Instrument back to LS.
