This Relocation Agreement (this "Agreement") sets out the arrangements of your relocation from Park City, UT to Kansas City, MO. The terms and conditions of your relocation are strictly confidential and must be held so by you and any other party who has access to the relocation arrangements, unless otherwise required by applicable law. All terms and conditions of your relocation are governed by this Agreement and the Platinum Relocation Guideline (the "Guideline"), which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Any exceptions to the Guideline are explicitly noted in this Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein are defined in the Guideline. Please review and sign below to indicate your agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

Relocation Agreement (February 26th, 2018)

To be reimbursed, Employee must submit all original receipts along with an Expense Report for relocation expenses incurred to the Company within one hundred eighty (180) days of Employee's expected relocation date of July 1, 2017.

Tesla Motors, Inc. Relocation Agreement (January 29th, 2010)

On June 14, 2008, Ahuja entered into at-will employment with Tesla pursuant to an offer letter dated June 13, 2008 (the Offer Letter) for employment commencing July 31, 2008 (the Employment Commencement Date). Tesla requires Ahuja to relocate from his current residence to Tesla headquarters offices in San Carlos, California (Primary Work Location), to perform the duties customarily associated with his position as Chief Financial Officer. Ahujas Primary Work Location will be a location that is at least 50 miles from his current residence.
