In accordance with the above referenced Contract, this Amendment No. 2, when properly executed, amends the Contract, and sets forth the terms and conditions that are in addition to and/or modify those terms and conditions set forth in the original contract, including any amendments thereto, and shall become effective on the date of the parties’ signature below, whichever is later. In case of any conflict between the Contract, including Amendment No. 1, and this Amendment, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall control.
