This Release, Waiver, Assumption, and Indemnity (this “Agreement”) is made and entered by the undersigned in favor of Maui Electric Company, Ka`anapali Golf Courses, their respective owners, administrators, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, employees, and representatives, all event coordinators and officials, all sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, their associates and affiliates, and volunteers who take part in this event (collectively, “Releasees”).
