stated in the Certificate of insurance to which this endorsement is attached, it is agreed that the Insuring Agreements cancelled by O.E.F. 16 (Agreement for Suspension of Coverage Endorsement) are, from 12:01 am. local time of the effective date of the amendment specifying the addition of this endorsement, reinstated in full force and effect, but the insurer shall not be liable for any accident occurring prior to such date and subsequent to the. date of cancellation.
