This Reinstatement and Amendment of Lease (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“Port Authority”), a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution, and the City of Port Aransas, Texas (“City”), this 21st day of August, 2018 (“Extension Date”). The Port Authority and City are sometimes collectively referred to in this Extension Agreement as the “Parties”.
