** Attention Food Vendors: Be advised that that you will be subject to the Stanly County Health Department Sanitation and Refrigeration Codes, and may be subject to inspection. If you are a food vendor you must fill out an application with the Stanly County Health Department, at least 30 days prior to the festival date, if you have questions please contact them at 704-986-3675. No permits will be issued on Festival Day.
