(Bank Name) has chosen to participate in the Referral Agent process with GMFS as a partner. Under this agreement, our institution will provide the necessary application information along with a minimum of 5 out of the 13 basic requirements in order to receive compensation on a closed loan. The channel of business is known by GMFS as the Agent/Referral process. Under this process, the loan will be originated, disclosed, underwritten, closed and funded by GMFS. With this agreement, (Bank Name) may receive up to 1% origination to be charged to the CD at closing.
