The parties, the City of Destin, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, FL, 32541 (hereafter referred to as “Lessor” or “Destin”), and Destin Water Users, Inc., a not for profit corporation, whose address is P.O. Box 308, Destin, FL 32540 (hereafter referred to as “Lessee” or “DWU”), hereby amend the Lease Agreement dated May 3, 1999. The amendments are set forth herein below.
