For good and valuable consideration received by me, I hereby irrevocably grant to Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries (the “Deloitte U.S. Firms”), a royalty-free right to use, exploit, and publish photographs or videos of me, my picture, portrait, likeness, voice, quotations and/or testimonials (collectively “Materials”), together with my name and address, hometown name, sobriquet or other indicia of persona (“Personal Information”), in any and all media now or hereafter known, including, without limitation, on internal and external websites, in recruiting, marketing, and promotional materials and print advertisements, throughout the world in perpetuity, to advertise, promote and recruit personnel for the Deloitte U.S. Firms, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited or the member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. I acknowledge that this royalty-free right extends to the use, placement, posting, and uploading of Materials, together with my Personal Information, onto social media sites, such as,
