The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “System Agency”) and Wichita Falls- Wichita County Public Health (“Grantee”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties, “to that certain Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative Grant Contract effective July 1, 2018 and denominated as DSHS Contract No. HHS000140600001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
