This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF LINCOLN, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and the COUNTY OF PLACER, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), (collectively, the “Parties”), shall be effective on the Effective Date set forth below, and shall be operative as of July 1, 2020.
