This ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT is entered into as of February 28, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), between PORT ARTHUR LNG, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), PALNG COMMON FACILITIES COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Common Facilities Owner”), but only for the limited purposes set forth herein, and BECHTEL OIL, GAS AND CHEMICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”).
