In conformance with AB 1332, when a designer voluntarily elects to participate in the City of Concord’s “City” Pre-Approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Plans Program the City must perform plan review of the designer’s ADU plans. Once approved, the City must post the “Pre-Approved Plans” on the City’s website. To participate in the City of Concord’s Pre-Approved ADU Plans Program, the ADU plan designer hereby agrees to the following conditions:
