PORTS Act Referral—Agreement: A unanimous- consent agreement was reached providing that S. 1519, to amend the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947 to address slowdowns, strikes, and lock- outs occurring at ports in the United States, be dis- charged from the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and be referred to the Com- mittee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
