As you may be aware, the CCG has agreed to extend the existing Pharmacy First Service for Minor Ailments Service until the 31st March 2015. The content of the LES service level agreement has been transferred to the NHS standard contractual framework and in order that you may continue to provide the service until 31st March 2015 it is necessary for someone who has legal authority to sign the contract on behalf of the company.
